This 2014 Cadillac ELR Saks Fifth Avenue Special Edition is one of 100 examples offered through the 2013 Saks Holiday Catalog, all of which were finished in White Diamond. It was acquired new by the current owner and now has 24k miles. Power is provided by two synchronous electric motors connected to a 16.5-kWh lithium-ion battery pack and a range-extending 1.4-liter inline-four. Equipment includes 20” wheels, a regenerative braking system, an active-aero front grille, a Bose sound system, Bose Active Noise Cancellation, a touchscreen infotainment system, a rearview camera, and heated front seats trimmed in Light Cashmere leather. This ELR is now offered in Delaware on dealer consignment with a charger, an owner’s manual, a Carfax report, and a clean Maryland title.
The Saks Fifth Avenue Special Edition was only offered for the 2014 model year, and all were finished in White Diamond. Exterior features include a front grille with active aero shutters in addition to fog lights, LED headlights and taillights, recessed door handles, parking sensors, and an integrated rear spoiler. Damage is noted on the Carfax report in a June 2022 entry. Photos of damage on the front of the car and right rocker panel are shown in the gallery below.
Silver-finished 20” aluminum wheels are mounted with 245/40 Bridgestone Potenza RE97AS tires. The car features Continuous Damping Control, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel discs with regenerative brakes up front.
The heated and power-adjustable front seats and the individual rear seats are trimmed in Light Cashmere leather complemented by open-pore Laurel wood trim on the dash and door panels. Microsuede accents are found throughout the cabin, and other interior details include dual-zone automatic climate control, Bose Active Noise Cancellation, keyless entry, ambient lighting, driver seat memory settings, a 10-speaker Bose sound system, a rearview camera, and Cadillac CUE infotainment with an 8″ touchscreen display and navigation.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a configurable digital display that includes a digital speedometer and ancillary readouts. The odometer indicates 24k miles, nearly all of which were added under current ownership. Driver aids include forward collision alert, lane departure warning, and side blind zone alert. The airbag warning light is illuminated and the seller notes that the left object detection warning sensor is inoperative.
Power is provided by two synchronous electric motors that drive the front wheels via a multi-mode electronic transaxle. The 1.4-liter inline-four was factory rated at 84 horsepower and acts as a range-extending generator that sends power to the electric motor when the 16.5-kWh battery pack is depleted. Total system output was 207 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
