This 2011 Tesla Roadster Sport has 32k miles following registration history in California. Finished in Fusion Red over beige leather, the car features a 53-kilowatt-hour battery pack powering a three-phase AC induction motor paired with a single-speed transmission. Equipment includes a black removable soft top, 16″ and 17″ forged aluminum wheels, heated sport seats, a Pioneer head unit, cruise control, and air conditioning. This Roadster is now offered in Washington by the selling dealer with a charging cable, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The Tesla Roadster was based on the aluminum tub from the contemporary Lotus Elise, with which it shared its windshield and windshield frame. The remainder of the carbon-fiber body panels were unique to the Tesla, and it utilized a 2″ longer wheelbase than the Elise. This example is finished in Fusion Red and features a black removable soft top, an exterior charging port, and LED taillights.
Silver-finished 16″ and 17″ forged aluminum wheels are mounted with Yokohama Advan Neovo tires. The Roadster Sport was factory equipped with traction control as well as adjustable dampers and anti-roll bars. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel discs with a regenerative braking system.
The cabin features heated sport seats upholstered in beige leather along with matching door panel inserts and a black dashboard. Appointments include a center-mounted screen, a Pioneer head unit, cruise control, and air conditioning. The removed head unit is included in the sale.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a kilowatt usage gauge, and a digital vehicle-range bar. The digital odometer indicates 32k miles.
A 53-kilowatt-hour battery pack powers a three-phase, 375-volt AC induction motor featuring a hand-wound stator. Factory-rated output was 288 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque in Sport specification, which is delivered to the rear wheels through a Borg-Warner single-speed transmission. Work in September 2022 included replacing battery sheets, while service in July 2024 included a “Level 3 refurbish” on the power electronics module (PEM), a firmware update, and replacing the blower and rear fans.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
